Prophetische Kunst: Die mit Tränen säen
Eine Bibelstelle, die mich immer wieder beschäftigt und berührt. Wie viele Situationen, wo scheinbar nichts passiert, wo wir jahrelang warten und Dinge sich scheinbar nicht verändern.
Wie gut dass dieser Psalm eine Verheißung gibt, dass all die vergossenen (und unvergossenen) Tränen irgendwann eine Ernte bewirken und wir sogar voll Lachens sein werden. Wir werden das Lachen quasi ernten! Deswegen habe ich die Ähren in meinem Bild auch in Form von Lachmündern gemalt ähnlich wie bei der Grinsekatze.
In den letzten Jahren habe ich besonders für ein gebeuteltes Land gebetet und ich glaube, dass seine Zeit nun gekommen ist, dass es der Herr in Freiheit führen und vereinen wird.
„Der Herr erlöst seine Gefangenen
1 Ein Wallfahrtslied. Wenn der HERR die Gefangenen Zions erlösen wird, so werden wir sein wie die Träumenden. 2 Dann wird unser Mund voll Lachens und unsre Zunge voll Rühmens sein. Da wird man sagen unter den Völkern: Der HERR hat Großes an ihnen getan! 3 Der HERR hat Großes an uns getan; des sind wir fröhlich. 4 HERR, bringe zurück unsre Gefangenen, wie du die Bäche wiederbringst im Südland. 5 Die mit Tränen säen, werden mit Freuden ernten. 6 Sie gehen hin und weinen und tragen guten Samen und kommen mit Freuden und bringen ihre Garben.“ Psalm 126

There is a special scripture that has moved and touched me over the last years. How many situations do we have where it seems that nothing happens, where we wait for so many years and obviously nothing seems to change.
How wonderful is it that this psalm gives us a promise that finally all the shed (and unshed) tears will finally result in a harvest some day that we even will be full of laughter of joy. It is like we will reap the laughing! Because of this I drew the spikes like laughing mouths similiar like the Cheshire Cat (in German: grinning cat).
Over the last years I especially prayed for a tortured country. I believe that the time has come that the Lord will free and unite the country very, very soon.

1 When the Lord restored the fortunes of1 Zion, we were like those who dreamed. 2 Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” 3 The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy. 4 Restore our fortunes, Lord, like streams in the Negev. 5 Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy. 6 Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them.“
