Neben meinen Auftragsbildern konnte ich in letzter Zeit einige spontane prophetische Bilder gestalten, die meisten während der Lobpreiszeit im Hauskreis oder bei Gebetsveranstaltungen entstanden sind.
Dieses Bild entstand auf der Abschlussveranstaltung von „München betet an!“. In einer Lobpreiszeit ging es darum, dass wir Christen aufwachen sollen und unser Position als Wächter einnehmen sollen, unsern Stand im Gebet, priesterlich für das Volk einzutreten.
Gleichzeitig musste ich an Psalm 130,6 denken und das dazu gehörige Lied:
Meine Seele wartet auf den Herrn mehr als die Wächter auf den Morgen.

Besides my commissioned pictures I was able to do a lot of spontaneous prophetic paintings recently. Most of them were created during the worship time of my homegroup or during prayer meetings. This picture has the title „Shelter“.
This painting was made during the closing event of „München betet an“ (Munich worships). During a time of worship it was talked about the necessity for christians to wake up to take their position as watchmen and to priestly intercede for the people.
I was also reminded of Psalm 130:6 and a song about it:
I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning.
